As 2025 draws to a close, HOLO Monthly has quietly reached its 30th issue.
To outsiders it may look like just an internal magazine; to us it is the record of a stretch of organizational growth, and an important vehicle through which HOLO+FACE’s internal employer brand took shape.

Going back to the launch in June 2023, it was not romantic at all. The HR team took the task on in a state of, more or less, “trembling and pressing forward.” Because we all understood clearly: what a monthly magazine carries is not just content output, but the weight of the whole group’s internal culture and trust — and it is also a large-scale test of whether cross-department collaboration can really land.

And so, slowly, HOLO Monthly grew into its own shape.

From HOLO News’s transparent announcements, to snapshots and text of colleagues’ latest news, to each month’s promotions worth celebrating and the year’s birthday stars, to every store’s honour roll; from HOLO Together’s interviews with craft colleagues, to the warm and honest HR Column, to the creative work section and the HOLO Topic column where colleagues run free. These seemingly everyday chapters all came from the editorial group’s rounds of discussion, coordination and mutual support — that’s how they were kept in full.

Along this journey, I want to especially thank Pin-Yun in HR, who refined a precise layout and rhythm out of masses of text and images; the marketing designers K and Xiao-Guo, who kept pouring a consistent, mature visual language into every issue; and Jia-Jun in HR, who bravely took the role of deputy editor-in-chief and, under intense and highly independent working pressure, kept the magazine moving steadily.

Finally, I want to thank CEO Vincent for the “spark of an idea.” Because it was highly valued, resources were invested; because it was genuinely expected, the plan could land.

2025 was an important year in which HOLO+FACE moved toward being a multi-brand company and formally stepped overseas. And 30 issues are like passport stamps recording each leg of the journey. We’ll keep writing with light and shadow, stringing these stories and stamps together into the longest-lasting, most real connection between colleagues and HOLO+FACE.
