TSA International — Recruitment Data System & Internal-Control Standardization

To support fast e-commerce growth and IPO strategy, I built a recruitment dashboard tracking conversion and rebuilt the interview process — screened 300+ resumes in four months and filled 15 key roles (incl. senior managers) at a 93.3% onboarding-success rate.

HOLO+FACE — Rebuilding HR from Scratch & the HRSC Service Center

At Taiwan's largest photo-studio chain during its startup phase, I stood up every HR function from zero and built an HR service center on LINE@, cutting annual attrition from 34.27% to 20.51%.

Yi Zhi Xuan Academy — Corporate Learning System

At a 500+ person bakery chain, I designed an in-house academy back-calculated from annual business goals — 60 sessions, 100+ hours and 300+ participant-sessions a year, plus a gamified redesign of onboarding.

A marketing partnership between SMART Property Management & Security Service and Zhongyue Construction built around property-management quality — 200K YouTube views in a year, supporting NT$300M+ in sales.

2016

Three years as a full-time father — “love and example” as a leadership principle

From March 2016 to September 2019 I stepped away from full-time work to be my child's primary caregiver — from newborn to pre-school age — supporting the household with band performances and seasonal drip-coffee gift boxes. I studied three parenting systems (scheduled, attachment, and Waldorf) and distilled a principle of my own — development of body, mind and spirit at the centre, with loving presence and setting an example as the foundation. Over three years I developed a hundred-plus non-repeating family recipes and documented every one.

Eight-School Joint Charity Concert & a Guitar-Club Teaching System

Over a decade as a contracted instructor for 8+ college and high-school guitar clubs, I designed an annual curriculum combining cognitive, affective and skill dimensions, and led an eight-school joint charity concert for six straight years.
