2025 Q1 HOLO+MONTHLY
The quarter in review:
“Using light and shadow to record every real emotion and value.”

Through the first quarter of 2025,
HOLO+FACE not only took solid steps in service and brand growth,
but through every festival event and internal conversation,
kept human warmth as the momentum carrying us forward.

January theme: writing spring with light, images of time
The Lunar New Year is the warmest festival in Chinese culture. We don’t just freeze precious reunion moments for customers — we also thank every colleague for their commitment and resilience at key moments: the Taoyuan opening, the Ren’ai relaunch, the Banqiao move, the Thailand expansion. These results are proof of HOLO+FACE’s ability to respond quickly to the market and pursue quality relentlessly, and of how much we value what our colleagues bring.

February theme: a workplace of reunion, a warm culture
The Lantern Festival made us reflect: “What are reunion and warmth in the workplace?”
Like tangyuan, every member is one of a kind, and in mutual tolerance and support they form the strongest team. This month we also shared the honest feedback from our employee satisfaction survey, letting “the things left unsaid” flow internally, turning individual value into cultural conviction, making the workplace a stage where every colleague can shine.

March theme: her, in the light — strength in bloom
March, where the spring equinox meets International Women’s Day, is a time to honour “women’s strength.” Over eighty percent of HOLO+FACE’s team members are women, and in consulting, styling, photography and retouching they show a professional value that is both firm and gentle. We firmly believe real beauty comes from diversity and balance — just as, in photography, light and shadow are moving because they coexist.

As part of HOLO+FACE,
I have always believed: a good employer brand comes from a culture and vision every colleague genuinely believes in.
Inside the studio or out of it, we don’t just record light and shadow — we let the flow of every story within it be seen.

On the road ahead, we’ll keep building a brand organization with “people” at the core,
driving more cross-region expansion, digital optimization and cultural deepening,
so that HOLO+FACE is not just an image brand,
but a platform that moves forward together with talent and with businesses.
