HOLO+FACE IPO Readiness — Org, Talent & Investor Relations

As Special Assistant to the CEO I became a core member of the IPO project — leading cross-functional (HR / Finance / Ops) internal-control mapping, building a nine-cycle internal-audit system, and supporting investor briefings and shareholder relations.

Background

I returned to HOLO+FACE as HR Manager in July 2024 and moved to Special Assistant to the CEO six months later (through April 2026). The mandate shifted from stabilizing HR functions to helping the company complete IPO preparation — which meant advancing talent strategy, org design and capital-markets work at the same time.

What I did

  • As a core member of the IPO project, led cross-functional (HR / Finance / Ops) internal-control mapping and built a nine-cycle internal-audit system to meet listing standards; acted as interim Management Dept. Manager covering facilities, general affairs, IT, legal and document control.
  • Organized 20+ investor briefings, co-produced fundraising decks, hosted prospective investors and tracked progress; coordinated shareholder meetings and hospitality and ran the shareholder service center, protecting governance quality and shareholder rights.
  • Chaired the department-heads meeting and introduced cross-functional communication tools, raising internal communication efficiency and managers’ effectiveness; supported digital transformation of general-affairs, procurement, IT and warehousing workflows to cut manual load.
  • Supported pre-work for store openings and renovations — contract review, coordination with design firms and department-store leasing teams, and major-incident handling — keeping new-store opening timelines and quality on track.
  • Drove job-architecture review, pay-system planning and labor compliance to build an HR foundation for scaling; managed senior hiring for key roles and headhunter relationships.
  • Led government-grant and corporate-award planning, securing a NT$2.5M SiTi grant; continued as editor-in-chief of HOLO+ Monthly.
  • In parallel, built a full-module “HR Command Center” via Vibe Coding (see the separate project), connecting cross-functional data and saving ~11 hours a week on reporting.

Outcome

Through a critical period of expansion and transformation, kept HR allocation and internal communication steady while getting the org and talent data that capital markets require in order. This role connected HR language to the language of finance and governance.
